Heather Mau

Heather Mau, MS, ATC, CSCS, currently serves as the Senior Athletic Trainer for the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden Sports Corp., a position held since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Dallas Mavericks from July 2019 to August 2024 and Head Athletic Trainer for the South Bay Lakers from October 2016 to July 2019. Earlier in career, Heather Mau contributed as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at California State University, Northridge, overseeing women's soccer and softball teams, and at the University of California, Riverside, providing athletic training for women's soccer and softball teams. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training from California Baptist University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Adelphi University.
