Chloe Davis-Carden has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Chloe started their career as a Semi-Professional Tackle Football Player for the Boston Renegades. Chloe then worked as a Summer Basketball Coach and Character Driven Leadership Teacher at Strive: How You Lead Matters. Chloe also served as a Guest Professor at the Charles Sposato Graduate School of Education, teaching graduate classes on effective teaching strategies.
Chloe then joined Match Education, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Culture & Dean of Students, where they led the implementation of a more equitable school culture. Chloe also served as the Director of Match Corps, managing and coaching math tutors, and as a Founding Member of the DEI Task Force, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Following their time at Match Education, Chloe worked at BetterLesson as the Senior Director of People & Culture, overseeing the development of career pathways and the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Chloe later became the Chief of Staff, supporting the organization's co-leaders and leading strategic planning and goal-tracking processes.
Chloe's work experience also includes roles at Breakthrough Greater Boston as a Consultant and Managing Director of Student Services, where they focused on instructional coaching and equitable student services practices. Chloe then joined LifeLabs Learning as a Facilitator and Leadership Trainer, conducting in-person and virtual workshops on leadership development.
Most recently, Chloe joined The Management Center as the Vice President of Training, where they are responsible for developing and delivering training programs.
