Jamilyn Bailey

Jamilyn Salonga Bailey is an accomplished facilitator and culture architect with extensive experience in youth development and education. As the Principal Consultant and Owner of Caylao LLC since 2016, Jamilyn specializes in connecting people to address complex challenges. In addition, Jamilyn serves as a Partner at The Management Center, where support is provided to social justice leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness. Previous roles include Director of Program Development & Training for KIPP Through College, where professional development for regional leaders was prioritized, and Program Director at The Posse Foundation, promoting academic excellence for high-potential students. Jamilyn's educational background includes a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Florida, an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University, and a certificate in Philippine Studies from the University of the Philippines.
