Mark Mathews is Division President for their Washington operations. Mark leads his division in managing hundreds of communities across Washington state, focusing on external and internal customer service and team culture, with a strategic vision for long term success.

Mark is an accomplished executive with demonstrated strengths driving revenues, market share, and profitability, with a focus on improving employee engagement levels and the overall client experience. Before joining The Trust, Mark’s background in the hospitality industry brings a service mindset to his approach and has achieved multiple recognitions including a Conde Naste Top 10 designation, Top 5% CQI award and #1 TripAdvisor rankings.
