Dhiraj Kumar Nayak

Dhiraj Kumar Nayak has had a varied work experience in different roles and companies. Dhiraj Kumar started their career as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam) in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Following that, they served as a Visiting Faculty at Career Launcher from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they joined DFM Foods Limited, initially as a Sales and Marketing Intern, then moved on to become a Management Trainee and eventually became a Deputy Manager until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as the Manager - Business Development at Finitiatives Learning India Pvt Ltd. (FLIP). Currently, they are employed at The Manipal Group, where they first held the position of Business Manager from 2018 to 2021. Dhiraj Kumar climbed the ladder and became the Associate Business Head until 2023, and is currently serving as the Business Head.

Dhiraj Kumar Nayak has a diverse education history. In 2003, they completed their 10th grade at DAV Public School in Bhubaneswar. Dhiraj Kumar then enrolled in D.A.V Public School and completed their 12th grade in 2004. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, from 2006 to 2010.

Dhiraj Kumar later decided to enhance their skills in the field of business and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2014 to 2016. This degree equipped him with the knowledge and expertise necessary for the business world.

To further expand their skill set, Dhiraj completed various certification courses. In 2020, they obtained a certificate in Blockchain Use Cases, Cyber Security, Digital Analytics, and Digital Marketing Strategies from the Amity Future Academy. In 2021, they completed the Google Analytics for Beginners course provided by Google Analytics. Additionally, in 2022, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.

Recently, in 2023 and 2024, Dhiraj enrolled in the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore for an Executive Post Graduate Programme in Data Science. This program will further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of data science, allowing him to excel in this rapidly evolving industry.
