Sunilkumara A has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sunilkumara started their career at The Capitol Hotel as an Assistant - HR and worked there for a year. Sunilkumara then joined Aparajitha Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd as an Executive - Personnel for a year and a half. After that, they joined Team Lease Services Pvt. Ltd as a Sr. Executive - Legal Deployed at ITC KGLT Project for almost a year. Sunilkumara then joined The Manipal Group as a Human Resources Manager for over 10 years. Sunilkumara also worked as a Human Resources Manager at WISTRON INFOCOMM MANUFACTURING (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED for a few months before returning to The Manipal Group. Currently, they are working at The Manipal Group as a Manager HRBP and Head HR Operations, overseeing Employee Benefits and Payroll.

Sunilkumara A completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Economics, and Political Science from Govt. First Grade College, Vittal, from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Alva's College of Social Work, Moodbidri, from 2005 to 2007.
