Chris Bartell

Chris Bartell is an accomplished enterprise account executive with extensive experience in global and enterprise sales, currently employed at The Marcus Buckingham Company since May 2017, focusing on strengths-based solutions to enhance employee engagement and development. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at ADP since 2009, where responsibilities included consulting with business leaders on talent management and operational efficiencies. Chris also co-led a significant outreach initiative at Epic Church Philly, served as a mortgage banking director at Wachovia Corp, and developed a successful clientele as an outside mortgage consultant at Allpointe Mortgage. An alumnus of Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Hero's Journey Leadership Training graduate, Chris combines educational proficiency with a strong track record in sales, leadership, and community service.
