Marcus Buckingham

Marcus Buckingham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and performance management. Currently serving as the Head of Research for the People + Performance division at ADP Research Institute since January 2017, Buckingham is also the founder of The Marcus Buckingham Company, established in 2005. Prior to these roles, Buckingham held the position of Researcher and Senior Vice President at Gallup from 1984 to 2003. Academically, Buckingham earned a Master of Arts degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge between 1984 and 1988.
