Dominga Noe has a diverse range of work experience. Dominga started their career as a Volunteer at The Marfan Foundation from 2008 to 2016. From there, they worked as a Casting Intern at CBS Corporation in 2015. Dominga then became a Front of House Staff at Sleep No More from 2015 to 2016. In 2012, they worked as a Resident Assistant at Wagner College until 2015. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Support Services employee at Wittman Enterprises, LLC. Dominga then joined Perennial Entertainment as an Administrative Assistant from 2015 to 2016. From 2014 to 2020, they served as a Merchandiser at Chloe + Isabel Inc. In 2017, they became a Production Specialist at The Marfan Foundation, a position they held until 2020. Dominga then worked as a Marketing Design Manager at The Marfan Foundation from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director of Community Programs at The Marfan Foundation, a role they started in September 2021.

Dominga Noe completed their high school education and received a High School Diploma from Christian Brothers High School, Sacramento, from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they attended Wagner College from 2011 to 2015. At Wagner College, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Arts Administration. Their field of study throughout their time at Wagner College was also Arts Administration.
