Justice Alvarez

Justice Alvarez serves as the Director of People & Culture at The Marker San Francisco since May 2024, achieving high participation rates in engagement initiatives. Prior experience includes working as a Talent and Culture Coordinator for Kona Village, a Rosewood Resort, where recruitment efforts led to over 400 new hires and the implementation of a successful J-1 visa program for international participants. Justice also excelled as an HR & Payroll Business Partner at HR Hawaii, where a redesign of the workspace fostered a vibrant organizational culture. Early career roles included serving as a Shave Ice Attendant and Beach and Pool Attendant at King Kameha Kona Beach Resort, emphasizing interpersonal skills and teamwork. Justice holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
