Jen Cowan has over 20 years of experience in marketing and consulting roles. Jen started their career at Wasserman in 1999 as an Account Supervisor and was promoted multiple times to become the Vice President of Sports Marketing Consulting. During their time at Wasserman, they oversaw $100M budgets and negotiated deals worth $500M for clients such as T-Mobile and Nestlé Confections. Jen also created integrated lifestyle marketing programs across sports leagues, teams, events, and athlete endorsements. In 2007, Jen joined The Marketing Arm as the Vice President of Entertainment. Jen was promoted from the position of Director of TV and Emerging Media. At The Marketing Arm, they managed strategic placement, integration messaging, partnership assets, and custom content for notable brands such as Citrix, Samsung, State Farm, Louis Vuitton, and Pepsi. Jen fostered relationships within the industry and played a key role in the company's success.

Jen Cowan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Marketing from Boston University. Jen also has additional certifications in Influencer Marketing Strategies and Digital Marketing Strategies from Kellogg Executive Education, which they obtained in February 2022 and November 2021, respectively.
