Becky Tinkham

Becky Tinkham has extensive experience in human resources, starting with their role as a Small Business Development Consultant in the U.S. Peace Corps from 1997 to 1999. Becky then worked as a Senior Associate at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from 2002 to 2006. Tinkham then moved on to Ingredion Incorporated, where they served as Director of Compensation & Staffing from 2006 to 2010, followed by Vice President of Human Resources for North America from 2010 to 2016. Becky then joined Univar Solutions as Vice President of Compensation and Talent Management from 2016 to 2018, and later as VP of Human Resources for the USA from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Tinkham is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Marmon Holdings, Inc. since November 2022.

Becky Tinkham completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business during the period of 1999 to 2001. Their fields of study during this time included Finance, Marketing, and Strategic Management.
