Daniel Hanrahan has an extensive work experience history. Daniel started their career as an Associate at Quarles & Brady LLP in 2003, where they handled complex product liability, toxic tort, intellectual property, and personal injury litigation. Daniel then joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company in 2005 as an Associate General Counsel, managing claims and lawsuits, implementing electronic discovery compliance initiatives, and developing the company's patent strategy. In 2010, they became an Attorney at Andrus, Sceales, Starke & Sawall, LLP, where they gained experience in copyright, trademark, and patent litigation, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. In 2011, they returned to The Marmon Group as Litigation Counsel, and later held roles as Assistant General Counsel and General Counsel, CAO, Corporate Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Innovation Officer. In 2016, they joined Duracell as SVP Corporate Development and in 2017, they became the President of DCI-Artform, Transportation & Digital. Currently, they serve as the Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary & Compliance Officer at The Marmon Group.

Daniel Hanrahan has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, which they obtained between 1993 and 1997. Daniel then pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Marquette University Law School, completing it between 1997 and 2000. Later, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Marquette University again and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General.
