Fei Xue

Fei Xue's work experience begins in 2005 as a Mechanical Engineer/Team Leader at Hylobe, where they led the development of the Sunrise product portfolio of Horizontal washing machines. Fei then moved on to Tongyong Electric in 2006 as a Program Manager, managing NPI projects on power transmission equipment. In 2010, Fei Xue joined Flying Horse as a Senior Scientist, leading research on various appliances and contributing to the development of patents and technical notes. In 2014, they joined Johnson Controls as an Engineering Manager, managing the China Tyco Retail Solutions engineering organization and launching several projects. Fei Xue's most recent role is with Marmon Holdings, Inc. where they started as a Director of Innovation & Technology and later became a Senior Director. Fei manages the China Innovation Center and formulates the organization's strategy to drive growth and innovation in Marmon Water Asia business.

Fei Xue obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in General Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. This education spanned from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Fei Xue pursued a Master's degree in Materials Engineering (CAD/CAM) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. This academic endeavor took place from 2002 to 2005.
