Robert Biddle

Robert Biddle has extensive experience in leadership roles within the utility and manufacturing sectors, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as VP of Continuous Improvement at Marmon Holdings, Inc., Robert has previously held positions as President of Marmon Utility Energy Platform and Marmon Utility Overhead Solutions, where significant transformations led to record profits and growth. Earlier roles include Vice President/General Manager at Hendrix Wire and Cable, where Robert implemented a successful five-year growth strategy, and a management position at Harrison County REMC, overseeing engineering and operations. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Southeast and has built a strong foundation in creating effective pricing strategies, driving organizational improvements, and fostering customer service excellence.
