Sameer Vijayakar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in internal auditing and tax compliance. Currently serving as an Internal Audit Manager at Marmon Holdings, Inc. since April 2019, Sameer has previously held roles as a Senior Internal Auditor at Akorn, Inc., where foreign site audits were led, focusing on FCPA compliance, and as a Tax Analyst responsible for tax provisions and SEC filings. Prior experience includes roles in tax compliance and financial analysis across various companies, such as International Strategic Advisors and Cummins Inc., where Sameer managed substantial fixed asset portfolios and achieved significant operational efficiencies.
