Jim Rabidue

Jim Rabidue has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jim currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President Account Services at The Mars Agency since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Vice President - Account Services at the same company from November 2014 to March 2021. Before joining The Mars Agency, Jim was the VP of Marketing (consultant) at IGNITE Sales and Marketing, Inc. from October 2011 to November 2014, where they provided marketing leadership and client management for Natural/Organic food and beverage products. Jim also has experience as the Chief Marketer at Electric Co Consulting, LLC from November 2005 to November 2014, providing brand management, marketing communications, shopper marketing, and strategy consultancy to clients in the CPG industry and beyond. Prior to that, Jim was a Marketing Instructor at the University of Phoenix from March 2010 to August 2011. Jim also has experience as an Owner of It's Play Time! from November 2004 to January 2007. Before that, they worked at General Mills as a Sr. Promotion Manager from March 1998 to November 2004. Jim also has experience in account management at McCracken Brooks from September 1996 to February 1998, and as a National Accounts Manager at Super Marketing, Inc. from August 1990 to March 1995.

Jim Rabidue has obtained an MBA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UC Irvine. Jim also holds a certification as a Connected Commerce Leader Level 1 from The Mars Agency, which was obtained in 2022.
