Vivian Zhao currently serves as the Head of Customer Success & Strategy for EMEA at The Martec since June 2021, where the focus is on empowering employees to articulate their unique voices through original content creation. Prior to this role, Vivian held positions as Customer Success & Strategy Manager at Mirabelle Communications Ltd from January 2020 to June 2021 and Account Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland Business in August 2016. Early career experiences include a Female Leaders Insight Internship at UHA LONDON and various roles in human resources and oversight during placements at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Morgan Stanley. Vivian Zhao earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London, between 2015 and 2018.
