Karissa Pinkerman

Karissa Pinkerman has been working in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. Karissa started their career as a teller at Wells Fargo before moving on to work as an associate at Verdis Group. In 2012, they began working at the University of Iowa where they held various administrative positions before eventually becoming the Division Administrator in 2013. In 2017, they left the University of Iowa to take on their current role as Director of Clinical Strategy & Analytics at Mary Lanning Healthcare.

Karissa Pinkerman holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Karissa is also certified from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Karissa Pinkerman reports to Adam Horn, Chief Medical Officer. They are on a team with David Long - VP, Ambulatory Services, Tammy Burns - Director, Pharmacy Services, and Barb Ninabuck - Director, Inpatient Rehabilitation Services.
