Christopher Ortega

Christopher Ortega is currently an Executive Search Associate at The Marymont Group since October 2020. Prior to this role, Christopher worked as a Research Analyst at Ellig Group, where Christopher recruited candidates across different industries and reported on diversity and inclusion practices at the C-Suite level. With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Christopher has experience in talent management, recruitment, and data analysis from their previous roles at various organizations including Wag Labs Inc. and the National Aids Treatment Advocacy Project. As a teacher assistant at Hunter College, Christopher also demonstrated their ability to educate and support students in understanding statistical programs.
