Katrien Roziers

Katrien Roziers is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as HR Lead at The Master Labs since June 2020, where responsibilities include developing HR strategy, enhancing employee experience, managing talent recruitment, and overseeing onboarding processes. Katrien also holds the role of Recruitment & Employer Branding Expert at Aquafin NV and serves as a member of the HR Advisory Board, providing strategic HR insights. Additionally, Katrien's experience spans various organizations, including serving as HR Lead at Splynter and The Master Labs Academy, while also contributing to marketing initiatives at The Master Channel. Previous roles include participation in the Employee Engagement Awards as Voorzitter NextGen Jury and hosting guest lectures on employer branding at Universiteit Antwerpen.
