Kelly Anderson (she/her)

Kelly Anderson, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources and has held leadership positions in various organizations. Kelly is currently the Chief People Officer at The Math Learning Center. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery from 2018 to 2022, where they oversaw HR functions for a large and fast-paced multi-state organization. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources, Development & Communications at Outside In from 2002 to 2018, where they had a broad range of responsibilities including strategic planning, budgeting, and managing HR functions.

Kelly Anderson, SHRM-SCP (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Liberal Studies from Oregon State University. In addition to their degree, Kelly has obtained a series of certifications throughout their career. These include a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University (obtained in November 2022), a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter certification from AIRS powered by ADP (obtained in January 2020), a Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci (obtained in April 2019), a Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM (obtained in July 2016), a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification from CFRE International (obtained in December 2007), and a Community Mediation/Conflict Resolution Certificate from PCC (not specifying an obtained month and year).
