Ashley Hankla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and operations management. Currently serving as Client Services Manager and previously as Sr. Operations Associate at The Mather Group, LLC since June 2020, Ashley oversees operational processes and client service requests in the Knoxville office. Ashley's prior roles include Operations Manager at Resource Advisory Services and Marketing Manager at Covenant Health, where responsibilities encompassed managing marketing initiatives for multiple hospitals and facilitating real estate transitions for healthcare providers. Earlier career highlights include working as an Account Executive at Image Communications, Inc., and as a Team Leader/Server at The Chop House. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and an Associate degree in Business from Pellissippi State Technical Community College.
