Michael Furla

Michael Furla, CFA, CFP® has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Michael is currently the Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income at The Mather Group, where they are responsible for M&A investment integration, multi-asset model development, bond ladder methodology, and Family Office investment management. Prior to joining The Mather Group, they worked as a Fixed Income Methodology Engineer at Morningstar. Michael also has experience at S&P Global Ratings, where they held various roles including Associate, Rating Analyst, Senior Research Assistant, and Research Assistant. In these positions, they were involved in tasks such as leading teams, operationalizing design requirements, coordinating with application product managers, and completing data and process implementation projects.
