Janay Johnson

Janay Johnson, MPH, currently serves as a Research Associate at The MayaTech Corporation since May 2022 while also functioning as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Maryland School of Public Health since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Specialist in Global Health & Nutrition at The George Washington University-Milken Institute School of Public Health from August 2020 to May 2021, and as a Program Coordinator in the Office of Medical Education at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences from April 2019 to August 2020. Janay's earlier positions include Public Health Research Assistant at Michigan State University and various teaching and research assistant roles at Kalamazoo College. Currently pursuing a PhD in Maternal and Child Health at the University of Maryland, Janay holds a Master of Public Health in the same field from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religion from Kalamazoo College.
