Dee Allen

Dee Allen has extensive experience in the creative industry, with a focus on leadership, talent management, and client relations. Their most recent role is as the Executive Producer and Director of Creative Talent at The Mayda Creative Co. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Partner at NO CHIEFS, where they worked with multi-hyphenated creatives and collaborated on advertising and brand campaigns. Dee also held the position of Vice President Artist & Client Relations at Company 3 Method Studios, where they supported artists and clients, contributed to the restructuring of the senior creative council, and oversaw client and artist engagement. They also worked at The Mill, first as the Group Colour Director, overseeing the global Colour Grading division and talent development, and later as the Colour Executive Producer, managing high-end creative advertising projects. Dee's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Producer at ENVY Post Production.

Dee Allen attended Goldsmiths, University of London from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Communications with a focus on Film/Video and Photographic Arts. They later enrolled in City and Islington College for a BTEC National degree in Communication and Media Studies, although the duration of this program is unknown.
