Julia Ellings

Julia Ellings is a Program Coordinator at the McCain Institute since 2023, with previous experience as staff for the United States House Foreign Affairs Committee from April 2022 to April 2023. Prior roles include legal assistant at Picard Kentz & Rowe LLP and paralegal at Quinn Emanuel, alongside a fellowship at the Hertog Foundation, a program aimed at recent graduates influencing civic and political life in the United States. Julia's earlier career includes positions in marketing outreach and public relations, as well as internships with the US Congress and Keybridge Communications. Julia holds a Master of Philosophy in Russian, Central European, East European, and Eurasian Studies from the University of Oxford, and has studied at Georgetown University and Claremont McKenna College.
