Julia Ellings is a Program Coordinator at the McCain Institute since 2023, with previous experience as staff for the United States House Foreign Affairs Committee from April 2022 to April 2023. Julia holds a Master of Philosophy in Russian, Central European, East European, and Eurasian Studies from the University of Oxford, and has studied at Georgetown University and Claremont McKenna College.
