Tara Fletcher

Tara Fletcher, MS, is an experienced Research Project Facilitator with a background in sociology. Tara has worked with organizations like Chenega Corporation and The McConnell Group, Inc., overseeing project schedules, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and acting as a liaison between various stakeholders. Prior to their current roles, Tara served as a Store Manager/Barista at Starbucks and as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Tara holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Sociology from UTSA.
