Kevin Milligan

Kevin Milligan serves as the National Marketing Director for Community Associations at McGowan Program Administrators since October 2017, following a role as Regional Sales Executive at The McGowan Companies since December 2009, specializing in Property & Casualty Insurance. Prior experience includes working as a Reinsurance Broker in Specialty Liability at Willis Re from October 2006 to September 2009 and serving as Skipper of the Lutine at Lloyd's of London Yacht Club from March 2005 to October 2006. Kevin earned a Joint Honors degree in Economics and Geography from Swansea University between 1999 and 2002.
