Cassandra McGrath

Cassandra McGrath began her career with the McGuire Group as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2015, where she floated among the five Western New York McGuire facilities. She served as the Nursing Supervisor and Assistant Director of Nursing at Northgate Health Care Facility before being appointed as the Director of Nursing in April of 2021. She is responsible for the daily oversight of all nursing operations and works to ensure that all state, federal and local guidelines and regulations are met. McGrath holds an LPN degree from Erie 1 Boces, an Associate of Applied Science degree from Trocaire College, and a Bachelor’s in Science in nursing from Daemon College.
