Joni Martin

Joni Martin is the Admissions Coordinator at Brookhaven Health Care Facility, where she has been employed since 2005. Joni brings a broad mix of experience to her role in admissions and is one of the first faces patients, residents and family members see before entering the facility. After meeting her at the hospital or on a facility tour, Joni will also coordinate your admission into the facility and ensure a smooth continuum of care. Not only does she facilitate admissions with ease, she’s also able to relate well with patients coming in for rehabilitation, having worked in the therapy department as well. She holds an associate’s degree from Suffolk Community College.
