Patricia Skinner-Randle

Patricia Skinner-Randle, PHR, SHRM-CP, SWP is currently the Regional Human Resources Director at The McGuire Group Health Care Facilities. Patricia joined this role in May 2021. Prior to their current position, they were the Human Resources Manager at RCA Servicer at Aurora Park from March 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing the transition and implementation of new HR systems and practices for a 430 employee 320 bed facility. Patricia also handled labor and employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center, where they centralized HR functions and implemented a new HRIS platform.

Prior to that, Patricia worked at Summit Educational Resources as the Director of Human Resources from 1995 to 2011. Patricia led the implementation of new HR systems and programs and supervised a team of 4 HR professionals. Patricia also played a key role in creating effective HR policies and procedures.

Starting their career at Freed Maxick CPAs, P.C., Patricia worked as a Benefits Administrator from 1993 to 1995. Patricia managed IRS section 125 plans for 30 firm clients and developed a procedural manual for corporate clients. Patricia automated claims processes, resulting in the elimination of manual processes.

At Kleinhan's Company, Patricia served as the Director of Human Resources from 1981 to 1985.

Overall, Patricia brings extensive experience in human resources management, including implementing new systems, managing employee relations, and overseeing benefits administration.

Patricia Skinner-Randle, PHR, SHRM-CP, SWP holds a BA degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia. In 2017, they obtained a Professional Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute, and in 2018, they received a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Patricia also holds a SWP certification from the Human Capital Institute, although the specific obtaining date is unknown.
