Carolyn Morehouse

Carolyn joined The McShane Companies in 2021 with more than 20 years of legal experience. As Corporate Counsel, she is involved in the negotiation and interpretation of owner contracts, subcontracts, and other agreements.

She also works with executive leadership to manage and minimize legal risk, manages outside counsel in connection with company litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and coordinates the claim process with insurance carriers.

Carolyn attended Indiana University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate as well as Vanderbilt University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
