David Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the music and education industries. As a Volunteer - MLC Educator Ambassador at The Mechanical Licensing Collective since January 2023, David hosts academic events related to music licensing. David has served as Program Director at ICON Collective since July 2013, where responsibilities include developing projects, teaching courses, and mentoring instructors. As a Managing Partner at Solmatic Records LLC since October 2005, David oversees the operations of an independent House Music label.
