Jessica Carmack is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer service and support management. Currently serving as Director of Member Support at The Mechanical Licensing Collective since June 2020, Jessica previously held the position of Manager of Customer Experience Delivery in the same organization. Prior experience includes leading a customer experience team at Lyft, where focus was on enhancing driver and passenger interactions, and extensive tenure at Servpro Industries, LLC spanning 16 years in various roles including Assistant Call Center Department Manager and Workforce Planning & Training Manager. Jessica's earlier career includes positions at Dillards, Target, and National Catalog Corporation, showcasing a strong foundation in retail and customer service. Jessica holds an Associate of Science degree in Elementary Education from Volunteer State Community College and a TEFL Certification from I-to-I in Leeds, England.
