Joya Carmichael, IMBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and operations management, currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at The Mechanical Licensing Collective since July 2020. In this role, Joya oversees the distribution of over $2 billion in royalties to more than 45,000 members, consistently meeting deadlines. Previously, Joya has held significant positions at Asurion, Medtronic, Whirlpool Corporation, and Nike, focusing on product management, operational efficiency, and client solutions. Joya holds an MBA in International Business from Peking University's Guanghua School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
