Nathan Osher currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel at The Mechanical Licensing Collective since February 2021. Prior to this role, Nathan Osher held prominent positions at Warner Chappell Music from June 2011 to June 2020, including Senior Vice President where responsibilities included managing litigation and leading the copyright enforcement team. Earlier, Nathan Osher was the General Counsel and Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs at Wixen Music Publishing, Inc., overseeing copyright administration for various media. Nathan Osher also has extensive experience in private practice, having been a Partner at Osher & Osher, LLP, and advanced from associate to partner at Fischbach, Perlstein, Lieberman & Yanny, as well as at The Osher Law Firm P.C. Nathan Osher earned a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University and a Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles.
