Gemma Harris

Gemma Harris is currently serving as the People & Culture Lead at The Media Precinct, focusing on ensuring colleague support and embodying company values. Additionally, Gemma is a Trustee at Awesome Foundation, supporting projects with micro-grants. Gemma previously worked as a People and Culture Consultant at Longtail UX, an Information Technology Project Coordinator at TIKS, and held various roles in the hospitality and marketing industries. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration from the University of Plymouth and South Devon College.
