Katherine Li, PhD, is a skilled mediator and program development director currently working at The Mediation Center of the Pacific Inc. since May 2024. As the founder of The Listening Alliance since September 2021, Katherine has also held multiple roles at North South University, including adviser to the Center for Peace Studies, director of external affairs, and visiting faculty from September 2014 to April 2024. Prior experience includes a lecturer position and an assistant specialist role at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Katherine holds a PhD in Social & Cultural Aspects of Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, an MA in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in Asian Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Additionally, Katherine completed an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
