Paul Santanello

Paul Santanello has a comprehensive background in human resources, with experience in various management roles. Paul most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at The Medical Center of Aurora, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Rose Medical Center from 2021 to 2023. Before their vice president roles, Paul worked at DaVita Kidney Care, where they held the positions of People Services Director from 2016 to 2021 and People Services Manager from 2012 to 2016. Paul also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Toys R Us from 2002 to 2011, where they played a key role in transforming HR into a strategic business partner. Paul began their career at Saint Clare's Health Services as a Manager of Employee Benefits from 1999 to 2002.

Paul Santanello earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The College of New Jersey, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Paul later pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2003.
