Brittany Crawford

Brittany Crawford, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience. Brittany started their career as a Marketing and Communications Assistant at TECHudson in 2012, where they gained skills in fundraising outreach, social media marketing, and database management. In 2013, they worked as a Data Analyst for Entrepreneurial Engagement Ohio, where they gathered and analyzed data to make informed business decisions. Brittany then became a Campaign Executive for United Way of Summit County in 2014, where they engaged with the Akron community through public speaking engagements and fundraising. In the same year, they joined Enfusen Corp as a Client Success Manager and later became the Marketing Manager, overseeing a team of Client Success Managers and marketing interns. Since 2016, Brittany has been working at The Medical Cost Savings Solution, LTD, initially as the Director of Development, where they focused on developing structures, policies, and procedures. Currently, they hold the position of Director of HR and Finance, ensuring compliance and efficiency for the rapidly growing company.

Brittany Crawford, SHRM-CP, completed their education from 2009 to 2013 at Bethel College - Company, majoring in International Business with a focus on Spanish Language and Literature. During the same period, they also attended Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (CVCA). Brittany obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification in April 2019 from SHRM and a certificate in Corporate Financial Statement Analysis from LinkedIn in 2020.
