Dan Whitehead McIpd

Dan Whitehead MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Starting in 1989 at Co-operative retail Services as an EPOS Training Manager, they then moved to Airtours in 1998 as a People Development Consultant. In 2003, they joined Cattles PLC as a Management Development Consultant, where they delivered training and developed assessment and development centers. Dan then joined Mencap in 2004 as a Learning and Development Manager, where they standardized training and implemented a new competency framework. Dan was later promoted to Corporate Head of Learning and Development, leading teams and introducing a coaching culture. In 2014, they transitioned to the Medical Protection Society as the Talent and Development Manager and eventually became the Head of Talent, Leadership, and Culture.

Dan Whitehead MCIPD completed their education in Human Resources Development at The University of Huddersfield from 2001 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a degree in CIPD Professional Development Human Resource Management. In addition to their formal education, Dan obtained certifications in MBTI Step 1 and Step 2 from the MBTI institution.
