Emma Jones

Emma Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Emma started their career at Thomas Cook in 2001 as a Customer Service Manager, where they managed store operations, led a sales team, and ensured adherence to company procedures. In 2005, they joined Arval - BNP Paribas Group, initially as a Relationship Executive, responsible for managing key accounts and building relationships. Later, they took on roles such as Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, and Change Manager, where they gathered business requirements, facilitated workshops, coordinated QA testing, and managed project plans. In 2016, Emma joined the Medical Protection Society as a Change Analyst and progressed to roles such as Business Change Manager and Business Change Partner, focusing on driving organizational change and information security. Emma is currently serving as the Information Security Business Manager at the company.
