Richard Gailes

Richard Gailes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Richard began their career at BT in 2009 as a Contact Centre Manager. Richard then moved on to Barclays in 2010, where they held various roles such as Performance Consultant, Implementation Manager, Business Development Manager, and Business Transformation Manager. In 2014, Richard joined the Medical Protection Society as a Strategic Change Lead, responsible for identifying and implementing strategic improvement initiatives. Richard later became a Programme Manager for the PSD transformation programme and eventually assumed the role of Head of Direct Sales and Service.
