Rory Kelly

Rory Kelly is an accomplished Group Company Secretary currently serving at the Medical Protection Society since October 2024, overseeing compliance and corporate governance for a leading medical defence organization. Prior to this, Rory held similar roles at The Access Group and Nominet, focusing on Board support and statutory compliance. With extensive experience in government relations and policy management at EuroHealthNet and previous legal roles as a solicitor and paralegal, Rory brings a wealth of expertise in corporate governance. Educational qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Governance from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from The University of Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Liverpool.
