Ryan Foster has a diverse work experience with various companies. Ryan worked at Medical Protection Society from 2016, initially as a Complaints Co-Ordinator, then as a Senior Customer Relations Co-Ordinator, and finally as an Operations Support Team Leader. Ryan joined Punter Southall Health & Protection in 2015 as a Customer Care Manager and stayed until 2016. Prior to that, they had a role as a Customer Relations Team Leader at Sesame Bankhall Group from 2013 to 2015, and also held positions as a Senior Customer Relations Co-Ordinator and Complaints Co-Ordinator. Ryan started their career at Royal Bank of Scotland as a Telesales Consultant from 2004 to 2006.

Ryan Foster attended Leeds Met University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Foundation Degree of Arts in Business Studies. Prior to that, they attended Crawshaw High School from 1995 to 2002, studying Advanced Subsidiary Level 1 & Business Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Ryan received a Cii IF7 qualification in health insurance and protection in September 2016. Ryan also obtained a Management and Leadership (QCF) certification from the Chartered Management Institute in January 2014, a Ce-Map Level 1 certification from UK Financial Services Regulation in November 2012, and a Certificate in Equality and Diversity Level 2 in 2012.
