Valerie Windle

Valerie Windle began their work experience in 1999 as a Motor Claims Handler at RSA Insurance Ireland. Valerie later became a Motor Claims Team Manager in 2001 and then transitioned to the role of Commercial Property Claims Team Manager in 2006. In this role, they managed a team of skilled technical claims handlers and oversaw claims for various types of policies. In 2019, Valerie joined University College Dublin to work on a European Research Council Project. Valerie then moved on to become an Operational Team Lead at the Medical Protection Society in 2020.

Valerie Windle began their education in 1994 at University College Dublin, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Sociology. Valerie successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1997. In 2011, Valerie enrolled in the Insurance Institute of Ireland to obtain a Certified Insurance Practitioner qualification with a focus on Commercial General Insurance.

More recently, in 2018, Valerie attended University College Dublin once again to pursue a Post Graduate Certificate in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Enterprise. Valerie completed this program in 2019.
