Marcial Gallardo

Marcial Gallardo is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc. since October 2019. In addition to this role, Marcial has been the Head Coach at Polly's Pies since May 2017 and holds the position of General Manager area trainer at The Melt since May 2014, where the focus is on ensuring guest satisfaction. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc. from November 2012 to April 2014, and ownership and operation of California Wraps and Grill from August 2003 to January 2012. Marcial Gallardo holds two Associate of Arts degrees in Accounting from Orange Coast College.
