Pearl Greene

Pearl Greene is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product development. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer at Sherwin-Williams since January 2023, Pearl previously held roles in various organizations including Melton Foundation as a Senior Fellow, where contributions included grant management and fostering cultural immersion among fellows. Pearl has successfully led user experience initiatives at My Store Aid, resulting in significant customer acquisition increases, and demonstrated expertise in SaaS product development while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Additionally, Pearl's background encompasses roles in UX design at Fantasy Gold Ghana, where user retention improved dramatically, and leadership in organizing impactful workshops across Africa. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ashesi University, Pearl combines technical skills with a passion for innovation and community engagement.
