Aic-M Nicole Mello Ais, Icp-Ent, Wcp®

Nicole Mello, AIC-M, AIS, ICP-ENT, WCP®, has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Nicole began their career at Travelers in 2006 as an Auto Claim Professional and went on to hold various roles including Property Claim Coordinator, Global Accounts/General Liability Claim Coordinator, and General Liability Claim Professional. In 2017, Nicole joined MEMIC as a Quality Assurance Specialist in Claim Compliance. From there, they were promoted to Manager of Claim Compliance in September 2018. Nicole's expertise lies in claim compliance, quality assurance, and general liability claim management.

Nicole Mello, AIC-M, AIS, ICP-ENT, WCP®, attended East Carolina University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Workers' Compensation Professional (WCP) from the American Society of Workers' Compensation Professionals (AMCOMP). In 2019, Nicole earned the Associate in Claims - Management (AIC-M) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) certifications from The Institutes. Nicole also obtained the AIC certification from The Institutes in the same year. In 2022, Nicole completed the Change Management certification from Cornell University. Lastly, in 2023, they obtained the Enterprise Agile Coaching certification from ICAgile.
